In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, many playground facilities have been temporarily closed to help reduce the spread of the virus. This unexpected closure provides an opportunity to perform regular maintenance and cleaning that is often difficult when the playground is open. Below, you will find resources to help you MAINTAIN and CLEAN your playground.
Maintenance
It has been estimated that at least 33% of playground accidents could be avoided with a planned maintenance program. Download our FREE playground maintenance guide to help you develop a routine maintenance program of your own.
Regular playground maintenance will help to:

Cleaning
For regular cleaning of playground equipment, we recommend the use of a mild detergent. If a pressure washer is used, operators should take care to prevent damage to paint, plastic, or other finishes.
