Pratt Park is home to the first GameTime Stadium constructed in Alabama! From GameTime.com,

The new GameTime playground equipment at the Pratt Park playground from Struthers Recreation, is both colorful, safe, and fun for children of all abilities. With a new ramped play structure children in mobility devices are free to travel onto the equipment to enjoy the fun. Children with Cochlear Implants are also safe to use the roller slide that limits the static electricity so that they can play without fear of a disruption to their hearing devices. The accessible and inclusive poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing allows children in mobility devices to access the play equipment without the limitations of other less accessible surfacing. Multiple pieces of equipment have been shown to benefit children of all abilities, including those with ASD such as, the TriRunner, Saucer Swing and RoxAll. These pieces all have movement that are great for people of differing abilities!
